Since all mylovetrue products are hand-made by artisans according to your order, after you place an order, the order enters the production process.
If you want to cancel the order, please contact us to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order; more than 24 hours, our craftsmen have already started to make the goods, so we will charge the corresponding handling fee.

• Orders can be cancelled at any time within 24 hours;
• 24 hours to 3 days, we will charge a 15% handling fee for cancellation of the order;
• 3-7 days, we will charge 50% handling fee;
• Orders cannot be cancelled for more than 7 days.
